Silver Oaks’ multimedia services were again called upon for the latest exhibit additions to the Iowa Hall of Pride, located in Des Moines, Iowa. With Iowa being the leader in pork production, it was only fitting to enhance the “Future of Agriculture” exhibit with an area devoted to highlighting the state’s pork industry.
Working closely with the Iowa Pork Producers Association, Silver Oaks created a computer-based interactive program that serves as the focal point for the new display. Using a 32″ touchscreen, visitors get a glimpse of hog farming – with information about the Iowa Pork Producers Association, videos about farrowing and raising pigs, and trivia to test the visitors’ knowledge.
