Silver Oaks created five computer-based interactives for the initial installation of the University of Iowa Athletic Hall of Fame. As part of a larger exhibit that commemorates the Hawkeyes, the interactives highlight historical sports team moments, outstanding athletes and influential coaches. Housed in individual displays featuring University of Iowa’s football, wrestling, and men’s and women’s basketball programs, the interactives use 15" touchscreen monitors to allow sports enthusiasts to view video clips and photographs dating back to the 1920s. Visitors can also search the extensive “Database of Athletes” to review biographies, photos, sports participated in, year(s) of participation and honors received for any legendary Hawkeye since 1877. Containing over 17,000 records, the database is updated annually.
